Qingdao Best Honest Machinery Co., Ltd. is specializing in grey iron and ductile iron castings. The casting techniques include sand casting, shell mold casting and lost foam casting (EPC casting). Our production capability of metal castings for each factory is up to 10000-20000 tons per year, the weights for iron castings range from 0.80kgs to 3000kgs.

Because we have been doing castings for many years, so we are well experienced in this line, our engineers and workers have abundant experience in analysis of drawing, casting process, machining and quality control, we can offer exact prices with best process for castings while we get the drawings from our customers. Meanwhile, we supply the estimated finish time for mold, sample making, mass production.

Our processing equipments include lathe, planer, drilling machine, tapping machine, line cutting, milling machine, CNC machining center, polishing machine, shot-blasting machine, and other machines for painting, powder coating and heat treatment. Our products are exported to many countries, such as Australia, Canada, European countries, New Zealand, etc, . The new factory has been constructed since 2018, covering a net area of 26 acres, three workshops for casting, processing and painting. The construction area is 12, 000 square meters, including 4800 square meters of foundry workshop, one new static pressure horizontal production line, one vertical production line and supporting equipment.
